These terms govern your use of marciglobal.co.uk and any purchase you make from MARCIGLOBAL LIMITED, a company registered in England with its registered office at 90 Wolverhampton Street, Wednesbury, England, WS10 8UF.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the site with the consent of a parent or guardian, and that the information you provide at checkout is accurate and complete.

All product descriptions, images and prices are given in good faith and may be updated without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud or where stock is unexpectedly unavailable; in that event we will refund any payment in full.

A contract of sale is formed only once we send you a dispatch confirmation email, not at the moment your payment is taken. Risk passes to you on delivery, while title passes once we have received cleared funds in full.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it to transmit unlawful or harmful content. Stunt scootering involves a real risk of injury; you accept that you ride at your own risk and are responsible for using suitable protective equipment and respecting local rules.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
