Refund policy
At MARCIGLOBAL we want every rider to be happy with their kit, so we offer a 30-day return window from the day your order is delivered.
Items must come back to us unused, in their original packaging and with any tags or protective film still attached. Complete scooters that have been ridden, deck grip that has been stuck down, and consumables such as wheels with worn cores cannot be returned for a refund unless they are faulty.
To start a return, please email info@marciglobal.co.uk with your order number and a short description of the issue. We will reply within one working day with a return address and instructions; return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or was sent in error.
Once your parcel reaches our warehouse in Wednesbury we will inspect it within three working days and process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds usually appear on your statement within 5–10 working days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Faulty or incorrectly described products are covered by your statutory rights under UK consumer law, and we will cover return postage and offer a replacement, repair or full refund as appropriate. If you have any questions before posting an item back, get in touch first — it is almost always quicker to sort it out by email.
