Shipping policy

MARCIGLOBAL ships from our warehouse in Wednesbury, West Midlands, every working day from Monday to Friday.

UK orders placed before 2pm are typically dispatched the same working day; orders placed later or at weekends go out on the next working day. Standard UK delivery usually arrives within 2–3 working days, while our express option is aimed at next-working-day delivery to most mainland addresses.

European orders are dispatched as tracked parcels and normally arrive within 3–7 working days depending on the destination country and local courier. The carrier may require a signature on delivery, and any local import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is collected by the courier. If your order has not arrived within the expected window, please check the tracking first and then contact us at info@marciglobal.co.uk.

Oversized or fragile items such as complete decks may be sent in additional packaging to protect them in transit, which can occasionally add a working day to dispatch. We do not currently ship to PO boxes, BFPO addresses or to destinations outside our published market list.
